Care & Instructions

Pre-Seasoning Before First Use:

  • Fill pot 80–90% with rice water (or water mixed with flour/potato starch at 9:1).

  • Boil, then simmer 20–30 minutes. Allow to cool, discard liquid, rinse, and dry completely.

Daily Care:

  • Hand wash only (not dishwasher safe).

  • Dry thoroughly before storing to avoid mold.

  • Do not heat empty; always cook with liquid inside.

  • Use low to medium flame — not for flash cooking or deep frying.
