I was happily surprised by this knife. At first I was reluctant to buy it, but decided to give it a shot. To my surprise it worked wonderfully. It is razor sharp, well made and functional. Yes, it is a inexpensively made but in no way a cheap knife. A great starter, back up or even your GOTO knife. I found it very versatile, cut nicely and gave me a lot of control.For the Price it is amazing. If you are looking for a Superior Knife and have the money then go elsewhere. This is perfect for the Kitchen and every day use.
